NEW BUILD AND CONVERSION PROJECTS

If you want a home that is entirely tailored to your taste and lifestyle, then a new build might be the right option for you

FAMILY HOME

I designed and built this house for my growing family, completing the build in 2020. We needed a low maintenance, light open living space, with other rooms tucked away for privacy.

The house is at the bottom of a densely-wooded mountain, so we took advantage of this backdrop by installing wide bifold doors, bird-hide window and an elongated patio. The house is clad with stained cedar, to respond to its context.

STABLE CONVERSION

An unused stable block was converted into residential accommodation to support my client's business, linked to the main house with a small office

NEW HOUSE IN CHESHIRE

This current project means the demolition of the existing property to build a new house, meeting my clients' brief for a bright and spacious home to accommodate their young family.

They want a modern, stylish house with plenty of space to work, live and entertain. The balcony and wrap-around bi-fold doors will allow the family to enjoy their attractive garden.

HOUSE IN MORFA NEFYN

My clients wanted a new house with a traditional feel to replace a dilapidated bungalow. Their main brief was to take advantage of the sea view, without the neighbouring garden being overlooked.

My solution was to build a second storey property with a projecting single storey outrigger, which now allows stunning sea-views while maintaining the privacy of the neighbouring garden.

 NEW BUILD DORMER BUNGALOW

This house replaces a poorly built and very mouldy holiday home.

This new build now gives a home for my clients to retire into that is built to accommodate their interests, including a balcony window that allows them to enjoy stargazing.
