I was appointed to take over this MOT garage development after a surface water drainage scheme designed by a water engineer was so complex that the cost put the project in jeopardy.

My proposal of a simple solution to flood management allowed the project to go ahead within budget.

CASTLE GALLERY, CRICCIETH

When my client took over this gallery, it was in a run down state. The main problem was that the only way to access the extensive upper floors was via a hidden steep staircase.

The addition of a sculptural staircase into the main gallery space immediately draws visitors to the upper floors of what now is a successful and much loved gallery.
